Our Chef:

Ryan Lynch is a 22 year old fully qualified chef. Ryan has worked in cafes, hotels and resorts from Bendigo to North Queensland for the past nine years.
His love of food is evident and he pours his heart and soul into his cooking. Ryan has used his enthusiasm to establish T'Hooft Fine Foods and Corporate Catering.
You may have seen Ryan around in the past year, he has performed cooking demonstrations at the Bendigo Marketplace, Heathcote Wine Festival 2005 and the Bendigo Fine Wine and Fare Festival 2005. Ryan volunteered his time on behalf of T'Hooft Fine Foods to prepare the food for the Pink Ribbon breakfast 2005 organised by the Bendigo Recreational Cycling Club to raise money for and increase awareness of breast cancer and the resources available to those who are currently affected by the illness.
